Home Caring Eltham is led by Ravinder Sandhu, a Registered Nurse with over 13 years’ experience in aged care settings, including mental health care and dementia care. Ravinder has worked as a Nurse Unit Manager in an psychogeriatric ward, a high care facility, and in residential care. She regularly supports clients and families with their care plans and health goals, and supervises care teams in providing high quality, person-centred care.
Ravinder is passionate about making a difference in the community, and is committed to helping people improve their health and wellbeing, and embrace their independence. She loves building relationships with clients and their families, and using her problem solving skills to help people achieve quality of life while living in their own home.
